Shipment processing time
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days in business days and customer will receive product within 4 weeks in business days or could take longer because of bad weather. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long time, then please contact shipping courier with your tracking code and then further any help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.
How do you ship packages?
All of our items are transport by sea using ships, also sometimes there could be delay in customs which is not under our control.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in our country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Calionlineretail.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
